Update: Enhanced Integration for Instagram Accounts (April 25th 2025)
Simplified the process of connecting Instagram accounts to Chatrace / Chatibots.
Removed the requirement for a Facebook Page, enabling businesses to start in seconds.
Improved Whitelabel conversion rates through streamlined setup.
Introduced complete independence of Instagram channels from Messenger, allowing users to connect Instagram without any interaction with Messenger.
This update is now live on Chatibots.
Update: Pricing Updates (May 10th 2024)
As of May 10th we have increased pricing from $17 per month to $249 per month. The platform is positioning itself as a Done With You service and not a commodity competing on price.
There are opportunities for Freelancers and Digital Marketers to partner with Chatibots as Joint Venture Partners where you can get an unlimited Life Time Deal for your own use and a special price for each business you introduce to Chatbots. Update: Removal of Facebook Sign-In Option on Our Platform (April 25th 2024)
As of April 25th, we have removed the option to sign in with Facebook on our platform. This decision was made because we were not provided with the users' email addresses when they signed in through Facebook. This created difficulties for us when the webhook fired, as we were unable to add these users to our email drip for new subscribers.
Moving forward, users can still sign in using either Google or Email as their preferred method. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we strive to improve our services for all users. Please provide a title now
Google Gemini Integration added (February 26th 2024)
AI Webchat Merges with Chatbotbuilder.ai (January 5th 2024)
As of January 5th 2024 Chatibots AI Webchat has merged with Chatbotbuilder.ai. If you already have an AI Webchat account nothing changes for you. Existing users can still create new accounts for their clients. New users will need to join chatbotbuilder.ai as of 5th January 2024
Feature Release: Voice Interaction Enhancement (December 12th 2023)
When a customer sends a voice message to your bot, the system will recognize it and trigger an automatic VOICE reply. This reply will maintain the natural flow of the conversation, providing a smoother and more interactive experience.
New Features on the Sidebar (December 8th,2023)
The latest update to our chatbot building platform introduces two key features: Link to Templates and Link to OpenAI Playground for API keys. These additions are seamlessly integrated into the new sidebar, designed for swift and intuitive navigation. We've enhanced the user interface with crisp, clear icons and elements, ensuring that these new tools are just a click away. While refining the look and feel, our teams have diligently worked on enhancing the app's consistency and performance, particularly noticeable in the initial loading of a space. Users can expect a noticeably faster and more uniform experience across the platform, thanks to these improvements and fixes. The Documentation is at a level where subscribers can follow along with 8 video tutorials for step by step instructions on creating a webchat chatbot. I decided to go with the advance method as even though its advanced, it is simple, and offers more scope for improvement going forward.
