In this video, I test the functionality of a chatbot on a website. I ask the chatbot questions and observe its responses. I want to see if the chatbot can provide concise and informative answers, break up long sentences with emojis, and engage in a conversation effectively. Throughout the video, I explore different features and settings of the chatbot to understand its capabilities. No specific action is requested from the website visitors, but with a further build out of the default reply we can add more functionality for lead generation.
